Refund/Cancellation Policy
Your credit card will be charged at the time of your reservation. Jerome Ghost Tours reserves the right to charge up to full fare for no-shows.
If all or part of your party cancels with less than 24 hours notice, you may not receive a refund. It will be up to the discretion of the manger on duty.

Full refunds will be given if the cancellation notice is given within 24 hours of your booked tour.

Our tours operate during rain and snow. We have complementary umbrellas for the walking tours.
We will notify you if we have to cancel a tour due to severe weather conditions.
